How to Submit a Claim

Submit an E-claim

Eliminate forms, postage and mailing delays by submitting e-claims. It's fast and easy, reducing billing time significantly.

 

Send your vision care claims electronically to ANS Clearinghouse and they will forward them to our claims processing center. ANS works with many of the other medical clearinghouses and vendors to make this simple for you or they can provide your office with software that will work with your practice management software system to send claims directly to ANS.
