Online Dentist Listing

The most current network information can be found in our online directory at www.safeguard.net.

 

 

Before you enroll...

  • Click on "Dental & Vision Directories"
  • Choose "Visitor"
  • Select "Dental HMO" for the Nexus 150 plan or "Dental PPO/Indemnity" for Century D1/Ortho I-10
  • Select your state from the drop down menu
  • If you are searching for a DHMO provider, you will be required to select your plan (Nexus 150) using the scroll down menu (no selection is necessary for Century D1/Ortho I-10)
  • You will be able to search by city, county, zip code, or by a particular dentist's name

After enrollment...

To access the directory once you are enrolled, use your Family ID number, Group ID number, or social security number (Family and Group ID numbers are provided on your ID card)... the system will recognize you and provide the appropriate information for your plan.
