How to Submit an E-claim

By submitting claims electronically, you eliminate forms, postage and mailing delays. It's fast and easy, reducing billing time significantly.

Most practice management software programs have an e-claim option, which means you only have to enter data once into your system. SafeGuard charges no fees for this service and we accept e-claims for standard claims, supplementals and encounter fees.

Note: Some practice management systems charge a "per claim" fee. Check with your practice management administrator for full information.

Send your e-claims via Emdeon Business Services* or ANS Clearinghouse and your claims will be forwarded to our claims processing center. Both services are connected to most of the practice management software programs. To see if yours is already active, click here.
