Healthy Families Program

The Healthy Families Program provides low-cost comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage for eligible families. SafeGuard is proud to provide dental and vision coverage to families participating in the Healthy Families Program.

 

The Healthy Families Program with SafeGuard dental plan includes:

 

	Preventive care - check-ups, teeth cleanings, and x-rays at no charge;
	Restorative services - fillings, crowns, bridges and dentures; and
	Other dental care services are also available including extractions, root canals, and gum treatment.

 

The Healthy Families Program with SafeGuard's vision plan includes:

 

	Comprehensive eye examinations - available once a year for a $5 co-pay;
	Standard lenses and selected frames - covered 100% for a $5 co-pay; and
	A credit of $110 towards the purchase of contact lenses.

If you would like to select SafeGuard for your dental and/or vision plan, remember to write "SafeGuard Dental" or "SafeGuard Vision" on the application before you send it in.
