Access to Care

With this dental HMO plan, you receive care through a network of contracted dental care professionals who have been pre-screened and meet high quality standards. Your selected SafeGuard General Dentist provides day-to-day dental care and you also have access to specialty care through a referral process. (Please refer to your Schedule of Benefits for information on specialty care.)

SafeGuard provides online services to find a new provider, check eligibility, order an ID card, print plan information or to email Customer Service.
