Our plans were designed for affordability. Enrollees may choose plans based on low monthly rates, some as low as $6.95, or plans based on low co-payments.

By clicking on "Need a Dental Plan?" button on our homepage, your employees will be able to link to our Individual & Family Plans website.
Our site provides the plan documents your employees need: Evidences of Coverage, Schedules of Benefits for complete benefit information, and a comparison grid of the plans we offer.
Once a plan is chosen, your employees can enroll directly online.

Printed Materials
We provide Enrollment Kits for those who do not have online access; just contact SafeGuard's Individual & Billing Department at 800.750.4303 for supplies.

Payment Methods
Enrollees can pay for their plans through several options, either by bank draft, check or credit card. Our Individual & Billing Representatives are available for any questions your employees may have regarding plan information or payment methods.

Once enrolled, your employees may look up the most current information on our dental networks from our website by clicking on "Dental & Vision Directories".
