- Our Account Managers are industry professionals at the forefront of SafeGuard's service efforts. They assist our clients as both plan and product consultants and provide support for plan implementation, open enrollment, renewal, and health fair activities.
- SafeGuard dental and vision care networks are some of the largest in the states we market our products. We value the relationships we build with our participating providers and work with them to build partnerships that support their needs and our membership.

Client & Broker Services provides quick access to information and materials. This group of service specialists ensures that the needs of our agents and clients are met quickly and completely, even if an Account Executive or Account Manager is in the field.

To ensure optimum efficiency in administration for our clients, a Billing & Eligibility associate is assigned to each account. Having a specific point of contact available is key to creating a solid support team for our groups.

SafeGuard's Provider Services department supports our dental and vision network by providing direct access to informed, responsive team members. In order to expedite providers' inquiries, this group is available to answer questions and process requests related to plan administration.
- An Interactive Website provides access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. On-line applications include the ability to update records, review the status of a claim, order ID cards, and change providers, among other functions.
- SafeGuard's IVR (Interactive Voice Recognition) system offers quick access via telephone. Members can access eligibility information, order an ID card, change providers, or request that plan documents be faxed.
